No. We are not a regulated investment firm, financial adviser, or fund manager. We operate as an intermediary introduction facilitator, connecting HMRC-approved SEIS/EIS companies with private investors.
Nothing. Our service is entirely free for investors. We are compensated solely by the SEIS/EIS-approved companies, through introduction fees and equity allocations, only upon a successful investment being made.
We work exclusively with companies that hold valid HMRC Advance Assurance for SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme) or EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme). We do not work with any company that does not meet this requirement.
Our service is open to high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors, business angels, and financial professionals who are able to self-certify their investor status in accordance with current UK regulations.
No. All investments in early-stage companies carry significant risk. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Tax reliefs under SEIS and EIS also depend on personal circumstances and are subject to change.
