Why Does This Matter?
We verify that each company holds valid HMRC Advance Assurance for SEIS or EIS before accepting them onto our introduction platform. Only qualifying businesses proceed.
Upon a successful investment resulting from our introduction, the SEIS/EIS company pays an introduction fee and/or equity allocation to Seed Enterprise Consulting. Investors pay nothing.
Where interests align, we facilitate a formal introduction between the company and the investor. Both parties then engage directly, we do not participate in negotiations or investment decisions.
